Daintree Discovery Centre - well known and long established
destination north of the Daintree River. Southern Cassowaries inhabit this
pristine rainforest area.

Mangrove Wildlife Sanctuary rare and endangered species such as the
north-east Queensland's Golden-shouldered Parrot and Gouldian Finches are
bred alongside our more common species. The Sanctuary is a brilliant day out
from Port Douglas or Cairns.
